Refund & Cancellation

1. Greenish does not accept returns on plants as the poor plants will perish due to both way transit stress. But we do guarantee every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.
Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state.

2. Orders cancellation request should be sent to shop@greenish.in before 48 hours of delivery date to claim refund of actual order value paid; no refund will be made once delivery is initiated. Any discount, offer or exempted amount will not be considered in refund.

3. Refund will be made in case order was not delivered due to any reason after deducting, 5% processing charges. We are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.

4. If any product is delivered in damaged condition, it should be informed within 12 hours delivery time, no claim will be entertained after 12 hours of delivery. In such case greenish.in will try to repair the product or arrange re-delivery.

5. No refund will be made in case of wrong address, wrong contact number provided by the customers and delivery not happens.

6. No refund will be made if recipient refused to accept product, such orders will be treated as delivered.

7. Standard delivery timings are between 10.00 A.M. to 6 P.M, time commitment of exact delivery time may not be possible, order may get delay due to traffic, rain, accidents or any unforeseen reason; no refund will be made for late orders delivery.
